The Game
In Planescape: Torment: Enhanced Edition you'll explore the planes, survive combat alongside a party of unique companions, and solve puzzles unlike any ever seen in the genre.

The original Planescape: Torment was released in 1999 to widespread critical acclaim. It won RPG of the Year from multiple outlets for its unconventional story, characters, and amazing soundtrack. Since then, millions of Planescape: Torment fans have enjoyed exploring the strange and dangerous city of Sigil and surrounding planes.

Discover an incredibly rich story and a unique setting unlike anything else in fantasy. Defeat strange and alien creatures, engage in rich dialogue, and explore the dark and dangerous Planescape setting in this 50+ hour RPG classic.

This is Planescape: Torment like you’ve never seen before.

Story:
"What can change the nature of a man?"

You are the Nameless One, a hulking figure covered in scars and tattoos collected over the course of countless lives—none of which you can remember, but are now coming back to haunt you. You are prodded awake by Morte, a floating skull and keeper of secrets, to embark on an adventure taking The Nameless One from the dirty streets of Sigil into the mysterious Outer Planes and even into the depths of Hell itself.

In your search for answers, you'll find companions matching the bizarre nature of the planes: a chaste succubus who can kill with a kiss, a confused crossbow-wielding cube, a suit of armor animated by a spirit demanding JUSTICE, and more. With these companions and others at The Nameless One’s side, you will explore worlds in search of answers, all to discover that some destinies cannot be escaped and some memories cost more than an even an immortal can bear.

Well I found a few bugs....decanter of endless water doesn't work , can't be given to glyve. So maybe I can't get ignite. Bummer, I was really enjoying it. Hopefully they can fix the bug.

I see a few complaints about a "crash" involving Morte at the game start. At first it got me too, then I remembered that you need to "click on" the red text. You have to always choose a responce even if there is only one choice. When red turns to white then you can choose continue to further the dialog. The issues with "selecting" certain doors or boxes exists in the PC title. You may he able to correct this by making the touch areas anywhere near a door or known hard spot "always" make it blue and actionable? Just a suggestion VS a very old original glitch. Sometimes even the mouse had a hard time finding the "box". Also, how to "right click"? This is a needed control. Maybe you can make a double tap = right clicking?

Easily the most epic RPG currently on Android. Excellent performance, controls, and audio. Speedy load times and transitions between zones. Tons of stuff to explore.

Hope there will be a Chinese version. English is playable, but I think Chinese text can make me enjoy the game much more.

Love the game from my childhood but having trouble installing to Verizon phone

Updated my journal. This version of PST is the classic we all know and love. You start the game as a blank slate. Your actions create your alignment and class. This is pure roleplaying. I have a Kyocera Hydro which is not usually good for games, but this feels like it was made for it. My favorite new feature is the pause between rounds. That and the roll displays bring back memories of table top Dungeons and Dragons, but with this version we don't have to worry about losing dice all the time. Thanks for bringing real D&D to mobile with these Infinity Engine classics.

I've played Planescape: Torment a few times before and always dreamed of having a legitimate handheld version. Well this is exactly what I wanted with a few bonuses that really make it worthwhile. Features like the better resolution , zoom and a very capable interface make me even more excited to delve into this dark atmospheric plane once again.

Been waiting for this for a long time and very happy to see it pop up out of the blue. The only minor quibble is no way to scale the UI, it's not unplayable by any means but would be nice to have slightly larger buttons. Any chance you could add the "long-press to view items in containers" function to the other EE games? It's a great addition here and sorely needed in the Baldur's Gate series.

Game freezes as soon as Morte speaks to you at the beginning. You hear Morte's dialogue, then the HUD never appears for you to interact with and respond to. All 1 stars until fixed. Android LG2.

I'm so happy this exists. The music has already earwormed me again. Also the battery consumption is surprisingly reasonable. Slight downsides: the hitboxes on characters are really hard to hit unless I zoom way in, but I can live with that. Also, there are no cloud saves :-/ Even a single cloud save slot would be awesome; it's entirely possible I won't finish the game before my current tablet dies.

I missed the original release, and so far I'm loving it. Only complaint is the about the icons on the bottom. I've got fat fingers and am constantly pressing the wrong one on first attempt. Please make them bigger. Otherwise a fantastic game so far!
