New update makes it a lot harder to use, has removed content and worse than anything has flooded the shows with ads so many adverts it feels worse than watching TV it's really bad and very frustrating sky are using this app this way sky go is now a no go app such a shame. The previous version was better still with ads but not as many. Also the clicking sound is still there when playing content. Code issues?

Adverts, adverts, adverts! Why so many adverts. How can Sky charge so much for a subscription then need to show so many adverts. Before the latest update you used to get about 2 minutes of adverts before a programme, which was just about bearable, since the update there's adverts at the start and every break. On a 30 minute commute this morning i only managed to watch 16 minutes of the programme. On way home again started with 4 minutes of adverts then crashed, restarting got me 2 more minutes of adverts! Gave up and turned to Netflix

i can no longer stream live TV over mobile data (4g/3g). i instead get an error message "your q box is streaming to maximum number of devices. i do not have sky q, and it is sky go, not sky q, so i should not be experiencing this major issue. please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Seems to work. However, where's the settings page to sign in? You have to start watching a programme to get it to come up. Still no proper exit for the app, so after clicking back to exit it's still running in the background KEEPING THE DEVICE AWAKE USING BATTERY!!!! This has been around for so many versions now. Having to FORCE CLOSE AN APP is just unacceptable, please fix.

Update works fine on my Pixel XL phone. It takes a bit to get used to the new navigation etc.. the HD channels are listed first with the none HD channels been moved further down the channel list. It seems to stream a little quicker than the old version.

Can't watch half the stuff i use too as sky have decided to put most of it in hd and trying to save some pennies each month so don't get the extras!!! Just another way of getting money out of their customers #discafull

The new update has totally ruined sky go app. What's on now is practically gone, very little content available to watch on it now. Worst update of any app I've ever seen. Delete it and go to netflix. Biggest 1 star ever!

With an average income of £40 from each household/month I am amazed that such an unreliable not fully tested application is allowed in Google store. When Sky was unable to fix my spinning circles it even had the guts to say its not supported on Huawei & certain Samsung models. Come on Sky, app is supposed to interact with Android and not manipulate directly the phone hardware. On top of it, in permissions WHY does it need access to my call information (who rings me or who I ring is none of Skys business)

Very poor design from a big company. It works, but simple things shouldn't happen .e.g I've used my data allowance only to find my downloads are wiped because of an update. Too many faults to document and I wonder at the quality of their Dev and Testing teams

New interface is too cluttered. In the watch now section some channels are listed multiple times (HD and Non-HD). Old interface was much easier to navigate. Font size too small. New planner view is a mess. Stop trying to unify this into a one-for-all app. Sky Go is for streaming, not for scheduling recordings. There's two rules you might want to consider: 1) If it ain't broke don't fix it and 2) KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid!)

Absolutely terrible app, new updates are awful and will not load any of the channel's, paying all this money for sky and can hardly even use it when your on the 'go'. Needs sorting out
