Update: deleted and reloaded. Haven't had deleting or duplication problems again (see below) but now it moves appointments to the day before their actual date. Usually the entry still says the right day, but the event only shows on the day before. VERY ANNOYING, and confusing. This app seems to always have a major bug. Old review: Worked but then impossible to delete calendar items. They still show in agenda after "deleting", and open as a blank white screen. Also duplicates entries at random. Only way to use is to uninstall and reinstall on regular basis so fake entries don't build up. Very disappointing for major company like Microsoft.

Promising but still leaves much to be desired. I want to like this app, but it's got some design glitches they need to work out. For example, when used on my phone the navigation bars take up 40% of the screen in calendar view and CANNOT be hidden. Also, the contacts screen has no way to scroll quickly through using alphabet...thus if you have a large list of contacts search is your only real option. Overall, the aesthetics are pleasant and this app will has promise if they will make some iterative improvements. That said, don't even compare this to Outlook on Windows...which is a powerhouse compared to this little app. This app is clearly not meant to be a replacement for Ourlook on Windows, but rather an alternative to Android's default Calendar and Mail apps.

Great for triage of email while on the go - this isn't intended to be your primary email app. Calendar still needs much work to include some basic functions from PC - meeting invites are buggy in telling you if you are available or not - that's essential; recurring meetings can't have different occurrence responses. Support doesn't check if bugs exist, making you jump through many reset hoops before escalating to sometime that week actually trying to reproduce. Lacks support for tasks - Microsoft just buy Tasks & Notes and incorporate into this already.

Often will not sync the inbox, even after pulling down, just loads forever. No calendar month view. Can't sync calendar with Android system as old app allowed. Calendar colors completely unstable and do not match OWA, W10 Mail app or Outlook. Can't select folders to sync, can't select amount of mail to sync. Can't edit contacts. Inbox is slow to update or does not update when notifications for new mail display, therefore you can not read the new mail. No Group calendar support.

Great integration of OneDrive, contacts and calendar in an Exchange environment. What it does not is give you the ability to read mail offline and takes forever to load the message when at full wifi or 4g service. The integrated email app by default downloads my past 3 days worth of mail which can be opened and viewed with or without data service.

Like the app a lot.. Especially the feature that separates the emails to important and others.. Has been very precise so far.. I always check the "other" folder in case I miss something.. At some point it would let me connect an email account through Outlook365,but i think it is all fixed now ..

Need it to link pc w/Android phone. Wanted to sync family calendars & money usage from-and-to Windows & Apple. I am not tech savvy and have found great difficulty with bi-directional calendar & financial data sharing. Outlook seemed essential but my hopes...for which my household remains $ beggared...have been only approximately 10% realized.

It's a great app but 3 days ago it updated on my phone and seems to drain my battery life at a ridiculous rate. My phone is telling me it is using up to 3% in battery life per hour in background use alone! I am having to constantly put the app to sleep which really defeats the purpose of push notifications. Please fix this issue!!

Good looking app. Definitely improved beyond what it once was as well. But it's still got a ways to go. Not in love with the focused inbox just yet (doesn't catch everything it should) and some e-mails in a chain may still end up in the junk mail box. 3.5 to 4 IMHO.

Not a finished product compared to Gmail. I really wanted to move from Google Drive and Gmail over to Microsoft and OneDrive, but Outlook app is not well enough integrated into OneDrive for it to be useful quite yet. Lots of other mail and calendar apps available which do a much better job.
Leo 4
Switched from the Gmail app for to non-syncing issues. Search on Outlook is much quicker and more reliable but flags don't seem to sync with webmail (when filtering on flagged emails, nothing comes up). Some emails show up too small but overall am quite happy with app.
