Beyond Oasis is one of my all time favorite video games, and is absolutely my favorite Genesis game. It was the first game that I played that truly made me feel like I was going on an adventure and experiencing a story as opposed to just playing through some levels. The only minor gripe I have about this is that the controls are a little sticky sometimes. Other than that, the graphics and music are just as amazing today as they were then and it is still just as fun to play.
Thanatos 3
One of the best 16-bit games ever made! This port suffers from insanely bad controls though... just beating the first boss felt extremely clunky and killed any desire to play on.

Theses smart phones really need buttons and a dpad. Sega gaming phones and laptop, tv compatible. I don't remember this game, It's ok😀. Streets of rage next sega or alex kid in shinobi world. Why is it taking so long to bring each game out 😕, and why does sonic 1 have a different interface to the rest of the genesis games collection? Can you please fix this sega 😐.

I didn't have an SNES growing up. I never got to play Zelda or Mario. But this game was that for me. I played Beyond Oasis through so many times.. I'll play through it again now. It awesome that they chose this to port over. The game is just as it use to be so no complaints there. The controls are difficult on the touch screen but that's the case in all the games that need buttons. I have a Bluetooth controller and it solved that pretty easily. If you haven't ever played this game, give it a chance. A lot of hidden stuff that you really have to look for unless you know where it already is like I do lol Thanks SEGA

Thank you Sega; you charged me twice and you didn't allow me to restore my purchase! Now it started to work

This game would be great. The only problem is the controls. And this is were it gets annoying my controller won't work. And I know sega isn't going to fix it which is a disappointment.

PLEASE FIX YOUR CONTROLLER SUPPORT SEGA!!! Most of the Sega apps (except for one of the Sonic and Crazy Taxi games) will not work with controllers or remotes and if they do the D-Pad doesn't work, it's a huge disappointment considering Sega was a legendary pioneer in the gaming industry. If we have to wait any longer for this fix I won't be bothered to even download any of your apps anymore in the future. Sega Forever? Such a great campaign with so much work put in it, but you can't even make controllers work while bedroom programmers can? Come on and deliver games with a wide controller and remote compatibility so people can actually play these games, then you deserve a 5 star rating and we can say, YES, SEGA FOREVER!

Amazing port - 100% solid. One of the 1st RPG's I ever played along with Landstalker and the Light Crusader when I was 8 years old. 20 years later still holds up. Plz release the other two titles Sega!! 9/5 stars

This game is soooo good. I though that this game would have bad controls but i was sooo wrong. One of the best mobile games available in app store.👍👍👍.

I had never played this one until this port. Personally from what I can tell it is a solid port with amazing visuals, music, and the touch screen controls (which I am still forced to use) are serviceable after adjusting. I however had hoped that with this being a proper port the in game save would, you know, save. However it did not. I don't know if this is an oversight or if it is just something to force me to have to watch an ad to save via cloud. Which in its self is a problem seeing as it barely signs in as it is. Apart from the tedium that is saving and forcing me to sign in without paying I love what I have played, but please fix the saves and the HID support. (I don't mind the ads just that it rarely functions)

This has always been my favorite sega game next to sonic 3. But I'm disappointed with the controls. They are very over sensitive, so if you're going in one direction you can easily drift to a different direction and I find it difficult to do simple things in the game, such as running and combat, that would be easier on the genesis itself. I had a genesis emulator on my phone with this game among many other sega games, and the controls were at least twice as good. That was from something that was free. However, I'm paying for this game and I would expect the controls to be better than the emulator version. Speaking of payment, the game can be free if you're willing to stand pop-up adds every few minutes. I couldn't take it for very long so I purchased it (maybe that's how they get you to buy it.) Still, they don't remove all the adds. Only the sega adds stay, which is also disappointing. Like I said, I'm paying for this, not that it's expensive, I only expect it to be completely add free much like their release of sonic 1 and 2 once you purchase them. To be fair, it does tell you upon purchasing that the sega adds will remain. But oh well. It isn't all bad. The graphics are crystal clear and everything such as the music and sound effects are completely faithful to how it was on the genesis. So I gave it three stars for the controls, five stars for the graphics and five stars for the game itself. So thanks sega for releasing this gem as well as other classic sega titles.
