To other reviewers, if you want an unnamed blank folder, just put a space in the title. I love my One+ device and the customization that comes with it. I was also shocked when I woke up to the new update, but after living with it for a bit, I don't mind it. I do like the swipe up for app drawer, but I agree with others that it could be a customizable option. I think the same would be great for the folders, since I liked the previous way they opened and scrolled. Overall I am not gonna tank my review over a couple changes.

Guys, please make it an option to display folder titles on the home screen. I understand that you need to put 'Unnamed Folder' in big letters (or perhaps a lightly coloured bar) for people to understand that they can name their folders. But for us, who thinks it clutters the home screen, could we please have an option to turn off folder titles on the home screen? Then you can keep your big bold titles in the new folder view (which not a fan of either) and I can title my folders, avoid the endless Unnamed Folder titles while still keeping my home screen simple. Cheers and thank you for an otherwise very cool launcher!

Love the simplicity of your launcher. That said not a fan of your last folder update. It's great attempt at spotlighting animations. That will definitely go a long way but this latest update was not good... Please rework the folder animation, maybe more transparent, and don't mind the real estate but not the whole screen or just try another animation altogether. Also why make the change but not give us the option to revert back?

Used to the love the launcher before the 2.1.5.17 update came. Now I feel like I moved back in time to my old Nexus 6. Now the icon sizes even when they're at their smallest is still too big and the quick launch bar at the bottom has a shaded area which I feel is taking up my screen area. Guess I'll have to find a third party launcher now or this will be fixed by the next OTA update that has been rolled out. Not happy.

Whole screen folders forced out in an update with no option in settings to keep the old view is just not good enough. Please at least provide an option for folders that appear in a window near to where tapped to open the folder (as was the case before update). This is much better as it is easier to open an app in the folder by moving one's finger to some point near the folder icon as opposed to further away as is the case with full screen folder view. I've tried to give the full screen view a chance but it just isn't as good for me.

I really really dislike the new update. It's too much at once and lends to a very poor UX. To move between two folders I now have to press back because the preview is taking over the entire screen. Doesn't sound like much but if you've got a kid in your arms and are navigating with one hand, fewer moves are key.

Too many changes in one update I am a OnePlus 3 user, my fingers are set to the way my phone works. For example, I liked it when I swiped up and the Google app opened, it lead to quick and reliable searching. But now I can't even put the Google app in the center of my favorites tray along with the other apps which by the way, contradicts the second last screenshot added. I would recommend to include this feature and make the updates similar to the original OnePlus launcher initially and then bring on the changes gradually in the upcoming updates.

I love that they made it look more like the Pixel launcher, it's very nice and clean. However, I HATE that they made the folders open like iPhone folders. Having the regular Android folder popups on top of the folder icon is much better and more convenient. I don't want my entire screen to fade out and have the apps show in the middle of the screen... OnePlus, please change this one aspect back and I'll happily give the launcher 5 stars. Thanks!!

Need a lot of improvement. 1- There is no notification badges on phone and sms icons. 2-status bar is not locked, even the phone is securely locked. 3-There is no daily data calculator (always shows monthly data uses) 4- This is not a launcher issue but i want to mention it here that in op5 we can't se that how much data is used by connect devices (via hotspot)

Ugh. Not a fan of the new folder view. Takes up your entire screen, thus forcing you to extend your fingers way further to press icons. Not only that, home screen now looks a lot messier with all the little icons on display in the folders. Edit: bumped it down further to one star, now that I've noticed you can only see 9 icons in a folder. If you have more you need to scroll, whereas before I could easily see them all at once. Genius design.

The latest update is really ugly to be honest. I much more preffered the old style with the icons stacked behind each other. At least give us the option to toggle to old style on/off. Also you can't see what you're renaming your apps to since the text is the same shade of white that background is. However, I do adore the new Dash Charge sound. It's really crisp and lovely.
