  • Our Favorite Android Games of 2016 | Droid Life

As a mobile gamer, I’d say 2016 was a solid year for Android games. We saw a huge ridiculously massive launch with Pokémon GO, enjoyed multiplayer fun with Exploding Kittens, and made our way through beautiful landscapes in Alto’s Adventure. Sure, Tiny Wings still isn’t out on Android, but screw it, we’re moving on. We … Continued

  • Mini Metro, Build Subway Systems in Real-World Locations | Droid Life

In all my years playing video games, I didn’t think a title about building a subway system could be any fun. Well, publisher Playdigious found a way, thanks to a new game on Google Play called Mini Metro. In Mini Metro, you are tasked with building subway systems in real locations around the world. Unlike a … Continued

Amazing game, you will get many hours out of this. Each map brings a new challenge to the table. This simple design is easy to understand and hard to master. They want you to learn as you go, they really let you loose and let you experiment. My only gripe with this game is that sometimes it can be challenging to control, when lots of lines meet up it is difficult to choose which one you want and detaching a line from a station can be another challenge. Other than that, it is perfect!

Worth a look! I find myself coming back to this game a lot. Challenging but easy to learn. Controls are good. They take a bit to get used to but are nice once it all clicks. Would be nice if at-risk stations flashed more clearly. Try this game!

Simple game brilliantly executed. Only criticism is not really knowing how many trains etc you have spare like the original version did and sometimes it is a pain to move lines. Otherwise love it

Great game, probably my favorite. Even after I unlock all achievements, I still keep playing on Extreme to try and best my previous high score. A lot of fun.

Very fun game, wish there was a mode where all the stations were static and you had to see how efficient you could set up a network, ie how many lines or trains you used to get all the passengers to their destination and a rating passengers/hour or something

Challenging, yet simple. Random games force you to think. If you were "so close" to advancing in one game, you don't get a do-over. You have to constantly take the lessons you learn with you to improve. Also, great to play on the subway!

Didnt know what to expect but it ended up being worth the 4.99 price of admission! Build up the subway/metro system using the most famous tubes as maps. it goes from watching little train cars go from one station to the next in a relaxed pace to utter chaos in the next few minutes. Tons of replayability and there's an endless mode if you just want your system to grow

I love this game!! but why wont a mouse work with it. every single app I have ever used works with a Bluetooth mouse connected to my phone, except this one!! Why? would give 5 stars if it worked with mouse. the ends of the tracks are too small to drag with finger when it gets busy. Also why no "clear all" button

A very polished, enjoyable game. A simple idea that gradually builds to challenging situations across a variety of cities. Simple elegant graphics, soothing music, excellent controls and great gameplay. With no adverts and support for Family Library this one I am happy to let my kids play. A rarity these days.

Really engaging. Hours will pass and you wont even know it. Theres no winning- on different maps you try to see how big you can make your network before your stations get overcrowded. Every play inevitably ends when a station becomes overcrowded, so every play end in a "game over." No victory in this one.
Joann 5
This is a fascinating and addictive game that uses amazingly simple graphics (resembling a typical metro system map) to represent a city mass transit system. The inclusion of multiple modes and a daily challenge provides a wide variety of challenges.
