WORST APP EVER. SO BAD YOU CAN NOT EVEN WATCH A GAME I have super high speed Verizon with a S8+ and it keeps buffering and ALWAYS CRASHES. Won't update scores. Tab clicks do not work. however the commercials play fine.

How many more seasons will we have to deal with the mediocrity of this app? The video buffers constantly is is nearly unusable, not to mention several minutes behind so you're seeing the score in the app before the scores occur in the game. Every other major sport has figured out how to stream in their app. As the richest sport in the US, you'd think that the NFL could put a little more work into this.

My note 8 has a 5+ minute lag while watching live but my friends with iPhones have no time lag. Tried support ticket but they never responded.
Cory 1
Took way too long to figure out how to unsubscribe. No thanks to the help of customer service. It shouldn't be so difficult to unsubscribe to anything. Didn't show up as a subscription on the Google Play app so couldn't manage it there. Thankfully an email popped up about renewing and happened to see fine print at the bottom "See your Google Play Order History" with order history as a link. Ta da! Finally found a "Cancel" button. Still keeping it a 1 star because the function of the app was frustrating as it rarely actually loaded the game playing. Also, Redzone isn't worth trying to watch on mobile device. I was happier listening to the game I wanted on Sirius XM.

The app is great. I go on it daily to stayed updated with what is going on in the league. But the problem is that I switched from Windows phone to Android recently and everything has been great except the fact the the wp version of the NFL app is better than the Android version! Particularly the stats section. You can only see limited stats and player player stats where as on Windows phone you get to see more complete and detailed stats.
Robert 3
It's not bad, but the games are delayed a few min and often it takes multiple tries to get the game to come on. I do like it because I can watch the late night games while doing laundry.
Phil 1
I can't turn the scores off and when I open the app it defaults to games and not stories. As I watch most of the games on Game Pass I don't watch to see the scores before I watch the game. Update - 19/11 I have just seen your reply NFL, and no, I can't turn the scores off in settings. There is no option to.

Why no Chromecast support to stream from my Verizon smart phone to my TV for live games and highlights, makes no sense!!!
Jeremy 1
4G LTE and game won't load for watching. This is garbage and a lie to get you to use Verizon.
Craig 1
Never had a problem last year but it just constantly crashes and fails to pick up my location data this year.
Jennifer 4
The app gives me the information I'm looking for. The highlights and top stories keep me abreast of what's going on in the league. Ir's easy to read and navigate.
