Yahoo account keeps on asking for credentials. When tried with "Traditional Login" option, it is working good for a minute or two and then starts for credentials. Not sure if this is happening to me only. I returned to Outlook after a long time. As I can't use Yahoo, I have to go back to GMail app. I will retry Outlook after a month to see if this is fixed. Otherwise it is a beautiful app.

Why not a 5? 1. Forgets folders and needs account reset. (This is now fixed, thanks) 2. Doesn't have confirmation at swipe to delete. 3. Can't show flagged items at the top of folder like the desktop outlook. 4. No easy way to select and attach multiple emails to your email. But overall a good app. I like its move for multi account and wish it didn't have the above problems.
Devon 5
EDIT: Sync issues seem to have been resolved as of 12/6/17. Like all the other reviews state, nothing but sync issues since the previous update. Please fix ASAP. This is causing a strain on me as I use it to monitor when I have to work in the middle of the night or when I need to rush back to my desk from lunch.

The app was fine until it suddenly started asking me to reauthenticate my Yahoo credentials every single time I open it. It was working fine and was a decent email aggregator app until then. I will be moving back to the native Gmail app, which is not as good but at least it can fetch email from all my accounts
Nicolò 4
4/5 because the app is efficient, clean in its design and straightforward. The missing star is because every now and then a new email isn't followed by a push notification, which leads me to acknowledge urgent stuff with a considerable delay. Fix that and you'll have my loyalty

(1) Allow access to shared calendars. I don't care about interesting TV & sports calendars; I need to see the shared calendars from my workplace. The old OWA app could do it; why can't this one?(2) Allow people sorting by Outlook File As field or at least by last name. Let people sort by first name if they want to, but if you're grown up enough to be in business you understand that last names are important for fully identifying people. First names also have too many variants to be useful for filing long lists. I don't always remember if someone's first name is in my records as Catalina or Lina, as W.J. or Bill. I should not have to scroll through 1,500 names to find out, because *I know their last name*. That's why standard directories work that way.

Lots of potential improvement. It's laggy, especially when there is poor internet, and I frequently have to close and reopen the app to see my calendar as the small icons at the bottom only seem to appear every now and again. Now that we have full contact sync, what are the chances of getting the same with the calendar?

Outlook logs me out on my pc when I'm writing an email and it didn't warn me that my file size exceeded the maximum by one megabyte. The notification appeared days later in the trash folder. If the niggles are fixed I would give maximum stars.

Used to love it - did exactly what I needed it to do. Now, like many others I can see have reviewed, the notifications for new emails are arriving extremely late. The new notifications are delayed anywhere from 30 minutes to 8 hours. Not acceptable for my business emails. Will happily give a 5-star review once this issue is rectified. Clearly many others are having this problem.
Alison 3
Notifications aren't coming in, or are appearing an hour after the email has been read. Very slow to switch between messages and the inbox. I've tried resetting the accounts and restarting my phone.

Major update today 20.11.15 gone downhill again, slow and unresponsive again. 23.11 deleted and reinstalled, works much better. 1.5.16 delete and reinstall. Waited a couple of updates but reinstalled today 26.6.16.Been a few updates lately. Killed my battery 29.7.16 reinstalled. 1.9.16 keeps asking me to reenter a password before telling me it already has the email address. 25.11.16. 8.12.17 reinstalled due to blank menus since a couple of updates ago.
