Description & Details

Welcome to Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp!

Get back to nature in Animal Crossing™: Pocket Camp, the new Animal Crossing mobile game where you take on the role of campsite manager!

You're in charge, so you can decorate your own campsite however you like! Make it fun, make it cute, make it sporty—it’s up to you to craft the kind of furniture and amenities that will make your camp a must-see for animals visiting the area.

Steps to Creating Your Best Campsite
- Help Animals As You Explore!
While visiting different recreational spots, you'll meet new animals who could use a little help. They'll be looking for fish, fruit, bugs, and other things to get their camping adventures started—and when you help them out, you'll earn Bells and craft materials in return!

- Craft Furniture and Amenities
The craft materials you earn by fulfilling animals’ requests can be used to craft all sorts of furniture and amenities for your campsite.

Just open up the Craft menu and place an order with Cyrus, the hardworking handyman from Re-Tail on the Road. Then sit back and wait! Or, if you're in a hurry, you can move your order to the very front of the line by using Leaf Tickets. You can purchase Leaf Tickets with real money, or earn them through regular gameplay.

- Your Campsite. Your Way.
The joy of the Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp game is creating a space that suits you and your style.

Your campsite can be anything you like—from a traditional space that celebrates nature to a flashy fun house with concerts and rides. It's all up to you!

You can also customize your camper, visit your friends' campsites to get ideas for your own, and meet new animal friends as you explore recreational areas!

- Host Animals at Your Campsite
As you grow your friendships with different animals, they'll want to visit your campsite. Craft and decorate with their favorite items, and you’ll be able to host them whenever you like—even if you change up your decorations completely!

Note: This game is a free download with in-app purchases.

Many quality of life elements needs addressed throughout the game. The friends list can be a tedious chore since it resets everytime you look at any friend. Players should be able to see all sell items and buy any from their friends market box without going to campsites if they choose. A "select all" button is needed for Shovelstrike Quarry providing a quick way to send and receive requests. Push notifications for build/event timers is needed for a game like this, not sure why they're missing?

The game is what you would expect, an adapted version of Animal Crossing for the phone, but this is the reason it's not consistant. After a week of playing it gets repetitive and sometimes I question what's the point of playing besides having a bit of fun. More interaction with NPCs and other players, as well as higher amount of places and activities to do would make the experience more captivating. Nevertheless the game is decent for what it is.

I'm changing my last salty review because the support team explained the issue with my missing loan payments. I do adore this little game and it's bonkers to think that you can really love some of the little pocket pals. My absolute favourite is Marshal who told me the other day that she loves my camp and is never leaving and I'd just have to deal with that. Sulky! 🤣

Its a pretty good representation of what animal crossing on mobile should. However i wish the game had more charms like the other games. Like for example actually moving and exploring instead of just using a map to navigate. I also think they should have more interaction. There are very few bugs and fish. And there isnt any interactive places like a cafe, museum, or any type of entertainment which I thought was the main charm of the other games. Therefore my final review score for this title is. Creativity : 8.5/10. Gameplay : 3.5/10. And Graphics 10/10. Coming in for a final score of 7.5/10

This game is cute and fun. That's about it. I'm a big fan of the animal crossing franchise but recently they've been producing very simple games and relying on the brand name alone. Also this seriously needs to be streamlined. Having to click each individual item to harvest? Or having to close the mailbox when you've already hit 'collect all'. Look at some other phone apps Nintendo and learn.

Why isn't there more pants? A nice pair of blue/black skinny jeans. When do we get to design our own clothes? Why can't the places on the map connect, like the garden and campsite? There are more hair styles out there two low braids, high ponytail without bangs, curls, long hair. I like this game but there needs to be more point to it. In app messaging would be great. And can there actually always be a goal to persue. I will wait with eagerness!

I love Animal Crossing in all its varying forms. This game is fun, but rapidly hits its limits. After accomplishing the stretch goals...that's it. No more stretch goals are refreshed or given. You do get daily goals, but they are really simple. I am on level 50, and I play occasionally to get the new animals. I wish there was higher, unique prizes in exchange for the rare bugs and fish. All in all, it's a fun game but rapidly grows stale.

great game and very addicting but they made it so you can only water 5 gardens every plant cycle. i am beyond frustrated seeing my friends very dead gardens and being literally unable to help them. you cant even message people to ask if someone else can, to get them some friend rewards and save the garden. please take the limit off i hate seeing dead and dry gardens and being powerless.

I loved animal crossing on the DS and I love it on mobile. It is kind of getting boring because the gameplay is the same day to day (no storyline, just a game where you collect things). I want to suggest that the marketplace rotates every 2 hours (when the animals move out) so we can buy a variety of things faster. Another thing is, live online gameplay where we can walk around and talk to other online players and trade fruits that will cost higher when we sell to Tommy (much like the DS version)
Charin 4
It keeps crashing every five minutes, gets laggy (it may be just my phone which is LG) and when I have to type something in, my keyboard doesn't pop up sometimes. Also it wouldn't let me link my Nintendo account. Otherwise I really liked the simplicity of the game and its graphics.

Where is the clothes crafting you guys had a notice about a month ago! Now you add more characters and furniture but aren't ever going to expand our little area you want us to make ours? I have no room to put even one more item down! There's no way im going to waste all of my hard work of waiting for 12 hrs for most of these items, just because I want to put down a snowman lamp! Make the camp bigger!!!!! I want clothes crafting that I've been waiting for since Dec 12!!! So stop with the false advertising of the notifications you guys send out about what's new to come! Lies!
