Effortlessly time your unguided mindful meditation session.

Start your unguided mindful meditation session with an optional warm-up phase. After that go into the zone. Focus on your breath. Work towards achieving insight and a gentle gong or bell will bring you back once the time is over. You can choose from a variety of sounds and adjust the times as you please.
Each meditation session will be saved and added to your history. In the calendar you can have a look at all your meditation sessions.
In the settings you can choose between different colors.
This is the cleanest meditation app you can get. Does not matter whether you do a Loving-kindness meditation, Vipassana meditation, Zen meditation, Body Scan meditation, Transcendental meditation or any other form of meditation; this app has you covered. It can also be used for timing Yoga or Qigong exercises.
